Electronic Submission Form

Welcome to the Complex Systems electronic submission form, the fastest and most convenient way to submit a paper to Complex Systems. To post a new paper, follow the directions below. To add a file to an existing paper, use the add/change form instead.

Directions

  1. Select a file to submit. If you wish to post multiple files, we recommend that you first archive them with either Zip, Stuffit, or tar since this form will accept only a single file to upload. Additional files may be added using the add/change form.
  2. Fill out all the mandatory fields. These are labeled in red. Optional fields, which are labeled in blue, should be filled in to provide Complex Systems with additional information that will facilitate the submission process.
  3. Click "Submit". A new page will appear with your username and Paper ID number. Please note these for future reference; they are required when using the add/change form.
     
Type in the location of the single file you wish to upload, or open a file browser by clicking the "Browse" button. Only one file can be uploaded from this form. If you need to submit more than one file, either use a standard tool like tar, Zip, or Stuffit to archive the files or use the add/change form to add them to your established folder.

Please enter any comments that might be helpful to us in assembling your submission (e.g., the type of archive or file, the number of pages of text, the number and types of figures, etc.). You may also include the names and contact information of suggested referees who are particularly qualified to review your research. Suggesting referees can help us expedite the reviewing process.
