Contributor Information

Papers submitted to Complex Systems should present results in a manner accessible to a wide readership. For guidance about issues of style, please consult the sample paper that appears in the first issue of every volume of Complex Systems and is also available for download in Postscript, PDF, and LaTeX (complex-systems.sty required) formats. Please note that papers in the TeX or LaTeX formatting system will be processed most quickly. Mathematica notebooks and other common document files are also acceptable, but papers sent in formats other than TeX and LaTeX will require longer processing times due to extra typesetting requirements.

For the added benefit of authors, there are no publication charges for Complex Systems. A set of 25 reprints is also provided free of charge for papers published in Complex Systems.

To submit a paper to Complex Systems, please choose from the following the method that is most convenient for you.

   

Web-Based Submissions

Now you can submit papers directly to Complex Systems through the internet. If you are posting a new paper, go to our submission page and follow the directions. If you want to add files or update a previous web submission, you should use our add/change page instead. Choose this page only if you have already used the submission page to establish a folder and a Paper ID for your posting. Go to submission form


   

Email Submissions

Papers can be submitted by email to submissions@complex-systems.com. Mail attachments should preferably be in an ASCII format since nonstandard, platform-specific binaries may not be decipherable by Complex Systems. E-mail submission
